Appeal from the County Court of Coffee. Tried before the Hon. John M.Loplin. The appellant in this case, P. 0. Wilson, was indicted, tried and convicted for selling, spirituous, vinous or malt liquors without a license and contrary to law. Under the provisions of the act creating the County court of Coffee county (Acts of 1900-1901, p. 861) the case was transferred to the County Court of Coffee County.

-The defendant Wilson was indicted in the circuit court of Coffee county, for selling spiritu*117ous, vinous or malt liquors without license and contrary to law. The indictment was transferred to the county court of Coffee under the provision of the act creating that court (Acts, 1900-1901, p. 861), where be was tried and convicted.
