EHRLICH, Judge.

Loren Edward Van Den Berg appeals from his conviction for aggravated assault and endangerment and from the trial court’s denial of post-conviction relief.

Van Den Berg was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of endangerment committed with a deadly weapon. His first trial began on August 10, 1987. Prior to trial, the prosecutor orally moved in limine to prohibit testimony concerning any juvenile records which the victims may have had.
