Upon an accounting made before the Middlesex orphans court by Margaret Doland, as guardian of certain infants who were deceased, she was ordered to pay over to Michael Cahill, one of the heirs-at-law of the infants, the sum of $714:53. The guardian having, with notice of this decree, failed to pay over the money, the orphans court, on June 14th, 1904, upon petition of Michael Cahill, verified by affidavits, made an order requiring her to show cause, on July 5th, 1904, why she should not be attached for contempt of court.
