For convenience of reference, the complainant Bunker Hill & Sullivan Mining & Concentrating Company will be referred to as the “Bunker Hill Company,” the defendant Last Chance Mining Company as the “Last Chance Company,” the defendant Shoshone Mining Company as the “Shoshone Company,” and the defendant Empire State-Idaho Mining & Developing Company as the “Empire Company.”
