€ 1 Defendants Taylor Smith and Walling ford Development, Inc. appeal the district court's order granting Plaintiff Bluffdale City's motion for summary judgment based on Defendants' failure to comply with rule T(c)(B)(B) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. See Utah R. Civ. P. T(c)(8)(B). We affirm.
