— Appeal by the People from (1) a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Slavin, J.), dated June 18, 1987, which granted the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 30.30 to dismiss the indictment, and (2) an order of the same court dated July 27, 1987, entered upon the decision.

Ordered that the appeal from the decision is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision; and it is further,

Ordered that the order is affirmed.
