PONDER, Justice.

Plaintiffs are appealing from a judgment of the lower court rejecting their demands.

The plaintiffs, alleging themselves to be pledgees of a certain note calling for $22,-500, pledged to them in due course of business to secure the payment of certain indebtedness due them by the maker of the note, Mrs. Helen J. Bordelon Dean, brought this suit against the defendants, Mrs. Dean, and Mrs. Mamie H. Sterkx, the endorser, seeking to recover the amount of indebtedness due them by the maker of the note.
