In this case a confessed judgment was entered on August 9, 1950, in the prothonotary’s office of Lancaster County, no. 1267, 1950, for $471.38 in connection with a television transaction. Execution was issued thereon on August 10, 1950, to August term, 1950, no. 100. On August 22, 1950, a petition was presented to open the judgment and let defendant into a defense.
