This appeal is from a jury verdict and judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $118,777.90.1 The suit, brought under federal diversity jurisdiction, arose out of an explosion of a generator being installed by plaintiff on the premises of Wolverine Electric Cooperative. The explosion wrecked the generator and killed Lester Lewis, an employee of defendant.
