Affirming.

Charles Phillips, a man of color, was knocked from a bicycle by a vehicle at the corner of Broadway and Preston streets, in the City of Louisville, and so injured thereby as to cause his death.' The vehicle by which he was injured contained two persons and was drawn by a single horse, which at the time of the collision was being driven at an unusual and dangerous rate of speed.
