This is an appeal by three defendants of convictions for extortion and conspiracy to commit extortion. We affirm.
R. Gordon Reeves, Charles J. Kerlegon, and Doylin C. Kile were members of the Board of Commissioners of the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District (the Dock Board). In August 1986 Bill Henry formed Port Stevedoring, Inc., a stevedor-ing company operating at the Port of Lake Charles.
