Appellees, as owners of certain lots situated in William Turkinson’s boulevard and park re-subdivision of block 9 of Drexel & Smith’s subdivision of the west half of the northwest quarter and the west half of the west half of the southwest quarter of section 11, township 38 north, range 14, east of the third principal meridian, filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county against appellants, Michael B.
