On December ,28,1900, Ephriam C. Martin was appointed guardian of the person and estate of Caroline Hoehn, a person of unsound mind, and on that day filed his bond for the faithful performance of his duties as such guardian with George W. Martin, Albert McKinley and Francis M. Brock as sureties. Thereafter, on May 12,1905, said guardian filed his second general bond of $1,000 with appellant surety company as surety thereon.
