GREENE, Judge.

Defendant, Sharon Beatty, was charged in a two-count information with the crimes of first degree robbery and armed criminal action. A jury returned a verdict of guilty on both counts, and Beatty was given a ten-year sentence on the robbery conviction, and a three-year sentence on the arm ed criminal action conviction with the sentences to run concurrently.
