Melton, Justice.

Following a jury trial, Troy Lee Davis, Jr., appeals his conviction for the malice murders of his aunt and uncle, Mary Lavender Chambers and William Horace Marsingill, contending, among other things, that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
