Rakower, J.), entered March 26, 2013, which denied the petition seeking, inter alia, to annul respondent New York City Department of Education’s determination, dated July 6, 2012, terminating petitioner’s employment, and granted respondents’ cross motion to dismiss the petition, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
