FOSTER, Justice.

The question on this appeal relates to the right of the administrator of a deceased devisee and beneficiary under a testamentary trust to have the administration of the estate of the trustor removed into equity, and then distributed to include him as administrator of the deceased devisee and beneficiary to be used by him in payment of the debts of said deceased, and the balance to those entitled to the same, and for other relief.
