This is a contest for classification and priority of claims and allowances approved, allowed and made in the County Court of Bexar County, Texas, against the estate of Angelo Battaglia, deceased, under administration in the said court. From -the decree classifying and fixing the priority of such claims and allowances, Mr. King appealed to the District Court and from the judgment of that court postponing his claim in favor of the widow’s and minor’s allowance, and claims against the estate for funeral and expenses of last sickness of the deceased, and for attorney’s…
