We agree with the Supreme Court that Insurance Law § 3420 (former [f] [2]), which authorized the issuance of supplementary uninsured motorist coverage, did not prohibit the issuance of such coverage subject to a monetary limit of $10,000 in the case of injuries per person (including death), and $20,000 per occurrence. Insurance Law § 3420 (former [f] [1]), which required uninsured motorist coverage of at least $50,000 in cases of death, did not fix a similar minimum amount with respect to the supplementary uninsured coverage governed by Insurance Law § 3420 (former [f] [2]).
