OPINION AND ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
ELLIOTT, Chief Judge.
This action involves an attempt to garnish any refund for taxes owed by the Garnishee, United States, to the Defendant in garnishment, William T. Enfinger. The case was removed from the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a)(1).
