Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Schick, J.), entered May 12, 2015 in Sullivan County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to Election Law §§ 15-138 and 16-106, among other things, denied certain respondents’ cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the petition.
