*973In this action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the wife contends that the Supreme Court erred in failing to rule upon and grant her application for prospective maintenance as of the date of the judgment. We agree. Although the Supreme Court failed to set forth any factors it considered with respect to maintenance, the record is sufficient for us to make the necessary findings pursuant to Domestic Relations Law § 236 (B) (6) (a) and render the appropriate determination (see Ortiz v Ortiz, 267 AD2d 991 [1999]). “In determining the appropriate amount and duration of maintenance, the court is…
