INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Stephen M. Cohen (“Cohen”), brings this action against defendants, Charles Carreon (“Carreon”) and Gary Kremen (“Kremen”), under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 USC §§ 1961-1968, the Oregon Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (“ORICO”), ORS 166.715-.735, and four state law tort claims.
