The petition of James Gregg seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Secretary of the Commonwealth to accept his nomination petition and to have the relator’s name certified *656to the County Board of Elections of the County of Westmoreland in the 27th congressional district as a candidate for the office of delegate to the National convention of the Republican Party.
