This suit was brought by appellees, John F. Maher and wife, Lois Lasater Maher, and the Lois Lasater Maher Trust, acting by and through Lois Lasater Maher and Thomas M. Lasater, a majority of its trustees, against Garland Lasater, J. M. Brooks, County Judge of Brooks County, the Commissioners Court of Brooks County, and five individuals, constituting a jury of view appointed by the said Commissioners Court, to set aside an order of the Commissioners Court of Brooks County, declaring a roadway in said county to be a public highway.
