The appellant, Louis Csipo, Incorporated, appeals from an order made by the judge of the Middlesex County Circuit Court vacating a judgment which had been entered by default in its favor. The action involved a suit for a deficiency on a mortgage bond in the sum of $4,000. It appears that the suit was first started on June 27th, 1932, that being the teste date on the summons.
