PoEEEIVBARGER, JUDGE:

Peter W. Rouss to whom his uncle,, William W. Rouss, devised his farm consisting of forty acres of land, on which he resided, at the time of his death, in a stately and ancestral home called Shannon Iiill, complains of the decree in this suit brought by the executor of the will, for advice and instruction, on the ground of denial to him of what he deems to he the proper measure of compensation due him for depreciation or loss in the value of the property so devised, by reason of the renunciation by the widow of the testator, of the provision made for her in the will, and…
