Petitioner, Paul E. Johnson, appeals the district court’s dismissal of two motions to “modify, correct or vacate sentence,” filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. 1

On April 15, 1975, Johnson was arrested by agents of the United States Secret Service. Johnson consented to a search of his automobile, which revealed approximately $146,515 in counterfeit currency as well as plates and negatives used in its production.
