This action was brought in the district court for Buffalo County by Virginia Lippincott as plaintiff and subsequently prosecuted by Harvey Lippincott, Jr., as substituted plaintiff and appellee herein, against his mother, Ena Lippincott, now Ena F. Lippincott Wolski, defendant and appellant herein, and others as defendants.
