The only assignments of error in this case refer to the action of the court in confirming the report of the master and jury of view in the proceedings which resulted in the condemnation of the Pattonville and Woodbury Turnpike Road, and assessing damages sustained by the corporation at $2,550. The hearing before the master and the jury of view was earnestly contested by counsel; seventy-four witnesses were called, sixteen points were submitted by the petitioners and twenty by the turnpike company for charge, by the master to the jury, and the three assignments of error to…
