The Director of Revenue appeals the judgment of the circuit court setting aside the suspension of Carla Blazier’s driving privileges. The director suspended Ms. Blazier’s driver’s license, under section 302.505, RSMo Cum.Supp.2005, 1 after she was arrested for driving with an excessive blood-alcohol content (BAC). After a trial de novo, the circuit court entered judgment in favor of Ms. Blazier, finding that the director failed to establish that Ms. Blazier’s BAC exceeded the legal limit because the maintenance test results of the DataMaster breath analyzer…
