This is an appeal by the county collector from a judgment of the county court of Cook County sustaining objections to the collector’s application for judgment and order of sale against real estate returned delinquent for nonpayment of 1946 taxes. Appellees paid their taxes in full, under protest as required by law, and filed objections seeking a refund of the portion of the tax alleged to have been illegally exacted.
