There are two appeals, one from a decree of the Probate Court allowing the will of Mary F. Kelleher, the *337other from decrees allowing costs and expenses to counsel for the contestants. The evidence is reported and there is a report of material facts. (G. L. [Ter. Ed.] c. 215, §§ 11, 18.) In the circumstances, the findings of fact made by the trial judge upon oral testimony will not be reversed unless they are plainly wrong. See Old Colony Trust Co. v. Yonge, 302 Mass. 49, 50; Hiller v. Hiller, 305 Mass. 163, 164.
