MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GRAHAM, District Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court entered on November 2,1987. The issue presented by this appeal is whether oil and gas leases held by Frederick Petroleum Corporation (“Debtor”) were subject to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(4).

On May 11, 1987, a motion was filed on behalf of James and Judy Dennis, Helen Dennis, Frank and Nancy Donia and Tex-tron Oil Corporation for relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 362(a) and (d), 365(d)(4) and 554(b). The named individuals are the landowners and lessors of the property…
