It is time to move on from the perimeter matters dealt with in State of Georgia v. Coca-Cola Bottling Co., 93 Ga. App. 609 (92 S. E. 2d 548), and State of Georgia v. Coca-Cola Bottling Co., 212 Ga. 630 (94 S. E. 2d 708), to the heart of this case for a final and comprehensive decision. The words “doing business” contained in Code (Ann.) § 92-3113 (Ga.
