¶ 1. The claimant, Susan Stevenson, moved to reopen her workers’ compensation claim after a settlement with North Mississippi Medical Center (“NMMC”) because of a mistake in fact and/or a change in conditions. The administrative law judge (“ALJ”) determined that Stevenson had failed to prove a causal connection between her work-related injury and subsequent surgery, and that she had failed to prove a change in condition.
