*770The appellant, the American Factors, Limited, an Hawaiian corporation, is an enterprise for profit doing business throughout the Territory with its main office and principal place of business in Honolulu. The company returned its property for taxation purposes as of January 1, 1920, at $3,250,000. Thereafter the tax assessor fixed the value of the taxable property of the company at $7,336,225.
