McCORD, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for an assault to rape, with a penalty of two years confinement in the penitentiary.

The indictment charged appellant with assaulting one Goldie Hicks, a woman, with the intent by force to ravish and have carnal knowledge of the said Goldie Hicks. The case was submitted to the jury on the issue of assault with intent to rape, aggravated assault, and simple assault. Ho complaint is made in the motion for new trial or in this court to the charge submitted in this case. We find in the record a great many bills of exception to the admission and…
