The facts in this case may be briefly stated as follows: On November 18, 1952, a resolution was adopted by a majority of the electors of Burwell School District No. 52 in Hennepin county, referred to hereinafter as the Burwell district, requesting the county board to dissolve the district under the provisions of M. S. A. 122.28. On November 25, 1952, this resolution was presented to the county board by filing according to law.
