RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
Edward Griskell first applied for black lung benefits on January 19, 1976, when he was 39 years old. His claim went through several administrative iterations. Finally, the ALJ awarded benefits and the Board affirmed. Zeigler Coal Company (“Zeig-ler”) timely petitioned for review by this court. 1 For the reasons set forth in this opinion, we affirm the decision of the Board.
