Lake Montowese Association (“Association”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Reynold and Tracy Green (collectively “Green Family”), Dennis and Kathy Becker (collectively “Becker Family”), and Patrick and Deborah Lynch (collectively “Lynch Family”) (collectively “Homeowners”).
