MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO SET ASIDE THE VERDICT

On November 21, 1997, the plaintiff, Victoria Diener (Diener), filed a complaint against the defendant, Fernando Tiago, Jr. (Tiago). The complaint alleged that Diener was injured when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle operated by Tiago. Both vehicles were traveling northbound on Madison Avenue in Bridgeport, and Tiago was following Diener.
