Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 31, 1996 and *1013December 30, 1996, which, inter alia, upon reconsideration, adhered to its prior decision ruling that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because she was not available for employment.
