This writ of error was awarded tlie plaintiff for the purpose of reviewing the action of the circuit court of Monroe County in sustaining a motion to quash an execution. The execution was based on a judgment for $400.00 in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant July 10, 1930. The judgment was founded on a verdict.
