The appellant Lavern Charles Hale has been found guilty of robbery in the first degree and since the court found a prior felony conviction the court sentenced him to 15 years’ imprisonment.

In brief the circumstances as shown by the state were that about 6 o’clock on January 22, 1965, Don Riggins entered the “trailer office” of his second-hand car business at 1525 N. Vandeventer Avenue.
