These two cases are so intimately connected with each other that we will consider them together.
The Jasper Trust Company, located at Jasper, was engaged in banking. On the Kansas City, Memphis & Birmingham Bailroad, distant from Jasper some sixty miles, is a railroad station known by the name of Sulligent, and the Southern Express Company has an office there.
