Appellant, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, appeals a jury verdict in favor of appellee, Patricia Confer, in this workers’ compensation death benefits case. In four points of error, St. Paul contends (1) that the evidence is both legally and factually insufficient to support the jury’s verdict; (2) that the trial court erred in refusing to admit evidence offered by St. Paul at trial; and (3) that the trial court’s order awarding attorney’s fees to Patricia Confer should be set aside.
