MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by the Defendant, Illinois Student Assistance Commission (“ISAC”). The complaint seeks a determination that the Plaintiffs/Debtor’s student loans are dischargeable. The Debtor argues that the motion should be denied as there is a genuine issue of material fact as to when the student loans “first became due.” Both parties agree that in this case, the only legal issue for dischargeability purposes is whether the student loans first became due more than seven years before the…
