The appellant, Jeno Griffin, appeals from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The record reflects that he was found guilty in a prison disciplinary proceeding of assault on another inmate. He was sentenced to 15 days' disciplinary segregation and 15 days' loss of store and visiting privileges and his status was changed to Class IV.
