In this breach of contract action against the United States, Plaintiff Gladys S. Vande-sande alleges that her former employer, the United States Postal Service (“the USPS” or “the Service”), violated the terms of a Stipulation Agreement Regarding Damages (“Stipulation Agreement” or “the Agreement”) that the parties reached in settlement of a Title VII claim of discrimination on the basis of pregnancy.
